A luxurious Villa to relax, perfect place for a group of up to 8 people. The Villa has 4 beautifully designed double ensuite bedrooms. 3 are within the Villa itself, and the very beautiful Annex bedroom sits just outside of the Villa, perfect for those who want a little of their own privacy.  Decorated in calming, natural hues, each ensuite bedroom has fantastic natural light and features a variety of views from the spectacular olive grove, to the sea view or the beautifully manicured gardens. There are multiple outdoor eating areas, overlooking a manicured garden with uninterrupted views of the Adriatic coast, many private corners to  restore, a huge architectural pool house & gym, with a 21 m outdoor pool, a tennis court amidst the olive grove and a purpose-built yoga studio that overlooks it. The interior is all about open plan living and being around friends and family. The Italian kitchen is equipped with all amenities and there is also a breakfast bar for the early risers. In the elegant lounge, the dining table seats up to eight. The Villa is offered on a self-catered basis, although addition staff such as private chef, housekeeper, nannies, massage therapists and yoga instructor can be arranged on request. Choose this place to enjoy the slow way of life, and once you have entered the 50 metre long driveway lined with olive trees, you will start to relax. For larger groups and subject to availability, the Villa can be booked with its neighbouring sister, Villa Marchigiana, accommodating up to 22 guests wishing to celebrate a special occasion or simply spend time together in unsurpassed luxury and opulence.

Four dining areas to choose from. 2 inside and 2 outside all that seat 8 people or more. The dining area underneath the large pagoda and outside kitchen can seat up to 22 people.

Traditional coal BBQ and large wood-fired Pizza oven is conveniently located outside next to the outside kitchen and dining areas

2 kitchens fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge freezer, six ring gas cooker, oven, icemaker.

Almost 150 square metres of pure living space, dining area, lounges and relaxation areas (350 square metres in total)

The ground floor includes a cosy family room equipped sixty-inch Samsung smart TV with surround sound sees to that SKY satellite, DVD and free WI-FI streaming throughout the house and the surrounding gardens

The living spaces have BOSE built-in speaker systems with Bluetooth connectivity
