General

Following a road that climbs the hills of the Sienese Montagnola, there is a small ancient village which houses the remains of an ancient church and some houses inhabited partly by the owners. Here, surrounded by greenery and tranquility is this small cottage that sleeps up to 4 people and therefore suitable for a family or for two couples who want to have a relaxing holiday and at the same time have the opportunity to visit some of the most characteristic places of Tuscany such as Siena, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, medieval villages and cities known all over the world. This ancient kiln has been recently carefully restored and converted into a comfortable 100 sqm cottage.

Interior: spacious living/dining room on the ground floor, with stonewalls and cotto floor, has a fire place, sofas and table with chairs in the corner. TV satellite. On the ground floor there are also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a twin bedroom. A staircase leads to the first floor where there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, all with cotto flooring..

Outside there is a covered terrace equipped with table and chairs, a private swimming pool , a barbecue. Private loundry in external area and parking place.
