Built on two floors and surrounded by a romantic park, this impressive luxury property can accommodate up to 18 guests. The renovation work has restored it to its original splendour but also added some modern comforts. Thanks to the antiques, original frescoes, surrounding garden with swimming pool and romantic park with monumental trees, this Manor House has plenty of that charming atmosphere of yesteryear.
Following the recent expansion works, it now includes 9 double rooms each with en-suite bathroom, a large dining room and spacious communal areas, including a cozy reading room and a charming living room, which opens onto a panoramic terrace overlooking the lush landscape.
On the ground floor are the original private chapel, where guests can celebrate symbolic ceremonies, and the Agricultural Museum, a space with more than 300 objects and works of art that tell the history and lives of the Tuscan peasants through the centuries. Area Information
The estate extends over 70 hectares in the heart of Tuscany, just 25 km from Florence and a stone’s throw away from the most beautiful Chianti locations. This strategic location gives you the best of Tuscany: quiet countryside and a beautiful landscape together with a wide range of food and wine and culture itineraries and a great many other activities for travelers of all sorts.Famous for its art and architecture, Florence is an obligatory destination for the first-timer visitor of Italy. However, while exploring the historical center is something that cannot be missed, the pristine studded landscapes and the enchanted medieval villages set on the famous Tuscan rolling hills surrounding Florence are well worth a visit.
The most famous area to explore is the Chianti, a blessed land that covers a rather large wine-producing region of Tuscany, reaching from Florence to Siena, and all the way out to Pisa. Chianti's must see sights are the wine villages of Castellina, Radda and Gaiole. Along the road visit the Badia di Coltibuono and/or Castello di Brolio and do not forget to pick up some wine to enjoy at the villa!
