This nice 3 Bedroom semi-detached Villa is a perfect family place to relax. Recently restored, it has been completed with design furniture, Led TV and an equipped, modern kitchen. This property offers independent entrance, an access to a patio, free private parking and free WiFi. The 3 Bedrooms have twin beds (one with French Beds), and 3 bathrooms with shower (one is ensuite)
Spend your time on the amazing terrace overlooking one of the most exclusive views of Punta Ala and Elba Island. The incredible position is a must being a few steps from the Punta Ala Golf Club, the most beautiful beaches and the Port. Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available, while cycling can be enjoyed nearby.
The house is 15 minutes walk from the equipped beaches and the riding school, 5 minutes by car from the port; few steps from the tennis courts and the golf course.
