Nestled on the upper Lario area of Lake Como, this 4-bedroom Villa is distinctively stylised with a stone facade that offers a referential glimpse into the local architecture. While perched at the hilltop, you have unobstructed vistas of the lake and beyond, whether within the comforts of the spacious indoor lounge, covered outdoor veranda, or the uniquely-shaped gorgeous swimming pool.
The GROUND FLOOR of the Villa comprises a spacious lounge with stunning views over the lake, a reading area and large well-equipped kitchen enjoying access to the large sunny terrace A few steps down and we are on the lower tavern floor with a lounge and sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Bright French windows lead to the quiet fenced in garden which is so perfect for little children or for a barbeque as well as sunbathing in the summer sunshine on Lake Como. The large, modern swimming pool is also in this area.
Between the ground floor and the upper floor there is a little bedroom with twin beds, often used as a playroom. On the same floor there is a comfortable bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. On the UPPER FLOOR is a bedroom with a queen size double bed and en-suite bathroom as well as a pretty room with a queen sized bed and bunk beds.
Restoration and refurbishment have been carried out in compliance with the principles of sustainable architecture and the interiors created to reflect the finest of the Feng-shui philosophy, thanks to expert advice from internationally respected professionals.
Air conditioning is installed in three of the bedrooms.
