VILLA OMBRINA

General

A nice private villa set in a well kept park surrounded by vegetation and located inside  the pinewood of Castiglione della Pescaia, famous Tuscan seaside town. The parking area, covered and for 2 cars is set just at the entrance of the gate, the beach can be reached by feet in some minutes walking.

The Villa consists of 5 bedrooms   (2 double and 3 twin) , 3 of them with en-suite bathroom . At the entrance there is a very large and bright living room with Sat Tv, Wi-Fi and a dining area with access to the modern well equipped kitchen (oven, fridge / freezer, dishwashe , gas fires). The outdoor area has a big terrace with sofas and chairs to relax, and a private covered patio with a big table to eat outside.

Just 10 minutes walking distance you reach the beach with a private beach hut with table and chairs and a  cabin (to be used as a changing room or to store beach equipment). Access to this area is not allowed to outsiders.
