Located in North-Western coast of Sicily, nestled in the greenery of the countryside and just 15 minutes from the magnificent Selinunte beach, this beautiful villa for rent can accommodate 6 people in its 3 Bedrooms. The Villa consists of two separate blocks: the night area (three bedrooms and three bathrooms), overlooking a pond, which gives the idea of a zen house, and the day area (large living/dining and kitchen), with well kept furniture and a patio that extends directly to the infinity pool in the garden. In both areas large windows illuminate the environments, blending the interior with the great outdoors.
The entire villa is surrounded by a delightful garden, which guarantees the privacy; the beautiful outdoor patio and a pond with papyrus and bamboo contribute to the relaxing atmosphere. In the garden, a gorgeous depandance was purposefully built to ensure an even greater holiday experience.
From the lookout you can admire the panoramic view of the valley that leads down to the sea.

The amazing Villa is part of an organic farm where they grow olive trees, different varieties of citrus fruits (orange, lemon, grapefruit, lime), tropical fruits (mango, avocado, guava) and ornamental plants. The Villa stands near the sea and some of the most beautiful Sicily beaches (Menfi and Porto Palo) and historic places such as Selinunte, Trapani, Erice, Segesta and Sciacca, with its two championship golf courses with 18 holes and a nine-hole course designed by renowned architect Kyle Phillips. In this amazing park, there are other Villas belonging to the same property, all located at a distance between them that ensures privacy.
