An exclusive private estate with a central luxury big Villa decorated in the style of a traditional riad with a mix of Moroccan fabrics, souk finds and hand-picked treasures from around the world. This Seven Bedrooms Villa is surrounded by a large garden with an amazing swimming pool, and has a terrace running along the back and side overlooking the garden, ideal for drinks and dining. The villa’s large pool is surrounded by comfy loungers and Indian daybeds and is bordered by a colourful Moroccan tent for drinks in the shade. There is also a beautiful sitting room and dining room – both with open fires. Inside you can admire an important art collection by Moroccan artists.

There are 17 permanent staff on hand to assist all guests. These include a chauffeur and two full time beauty therapists, a House manager at your disposal all day.

There is a Cook who prepares a daily changing menu featuring Moroccan and European dishes made with locally grown seasonal produce and comforting classics for younger guests. You will be able to choose your dishes from a wide choice of menus.

The Villa comes with a hammam, treatment rooms and unlimited spa treatments as well as many other touches including a large berber tent at ideal for evening drinks and a gym and cinema room.

It is suitable for groups of friends or family – perhaps for a special occasion or laidback weekend jaunt. Accommodation is intimate yet spacious, and with various communal and private spaces, the villa caters for both those wanting to spend every moment together and groups keen to have some alone time too. For groups of up to 26 people you can also book the whole Estate, with tennis courts, screening room, further spa, roof terrace and two more pools on offer. The estate will be running chess and Pilates weekends from November 2016.

Area Information

There can be no more evocative activity while visiting Marrakech than sipping mint tea at dusk while being entertained by musicians, snake charmers, street performers and storytellers. The Villa is located 15 minutes from the vibrant Medina and souks and 12kms from Menara airport. Activities close by include horse riding, camel riding, go-karting and golf. Guides can be arranged for those who wish to explore the centre of Marrakech and its many souks. Day trips to the Atlas Mountains, 40km from there, can also be arranged including a one or two hour mule trek and a country lunch. For an authentic Moroccan experience, the labyrinthine souks of Marrakech cannot be missed. However, venture off the beaten track a little to Souk el Khemis, also known as Jeudi market, to discover eclectic antiques from old doors to chandeliers. Mustapha Blaoui is another hidden gem; a true Aladdin’s cave with exotic lamps and rugs in every corner – you won’t leave empty-handed. Next up, Sidi Ghanem is a key location for modern design, with shops such as Chabi Chic offering stylish Moroccan homewares to suit a cleaner aesthetic.
