Designed by the famous architect Savin Couelle, this magnificent villa boasts an impressive sense of comfort and space. Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the villa can accommodate up to fourteen guests featuring seven bedrooms and six bathrooms spread over the main villa and the dépendance.
The Villa boasts a large pool with Jacuzzi and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and unwind while enjoying the panorama. Offering a peaceful atmosphere, the villa also features a generous al fresco dining area and lounge area for relaxing and socializing. With gorgeous views of the surrounding area, the garden also features an outdoor gym and an exclusive massage area.
Flooded with natural light, the ground floor of the main villa boasts a bright living room, a generous dining room with large table, and a fully-equipped kitchen. On the same floor you will also find two comfortable double bedrooms, one featuring private bathroom with bathtub and one featuring private bathroom with shower. Accessed by a spiral staircase, the first floor of the main villa houses two bright double bedrooms, one with private bathroom with tub and one with private bathroom with shower.
Offering a tranquil atmosphere, the ground floor of the dépendance houses two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom complete with bathtub. On the first floor of the dépendance you will find a comfortable double bedroom featuring private bathroom with tub. The dépendance also houses the area for the staff, which comprises one bedroom and one bathroom, and has its own access. If you want some quiet time, head up to the rooftop lounge.

Area Information
The Costa Smeralda is a luxurious coastal area in northern Sardinia, Italy, with a length of some 20 km, although the term originally designated only a small stretch inside the Comune of Arzachena.
With white sand beaches, golf clubs, private jet and helicopter services and exclusive hotels, the area has become the jewel of Sardinia.
The bay of Cala di Volpe, a few kilometers south of Porto Cervo, holds a concentration of some of Italy’s most select hotels as well as the eighteen-hole Pévero Golf Course, spread out across a rolling expanse of green. Some of the area’s most popular beaches lie within a short distance: to the northeast, Capriccioli and Romazzino, facing the offshore island of Soffi and Mortorio, and the smaller Spiaggia del Principe, said to be named after Aga Khan. South of Cala di Volpe, Liscia Ruja is the biggest beach on the Costa Smeralda.
Created by Prince Aga Khan and various other investors, Porto Cervo is the main center of Costa Smeralda. Known as the capital of this part of Sardinia, Porto Cervo is a glamorous area where celebrities converge. It’s also home to an array of nightclubs, fashion boutiques and marinas lined by yachts. But if it’s the beaches you’ve come here for, neighboring Grande Pevero Beach and Piccolo Pevero Beach stand out for their exceptionally clear water.
Built in the 1963 in the wake of the Costa Smeralda’s development, Porto Rotondo’s rows of orange villas snake remorselessly over the scrub-covered hills. Chic boutiques and fashion shops set the tone in central Piazzetta San Marco, from which a wide stairway leads up to the modern granite church of San Lorenzo. A few meters away, there is a modern open-air theater, also granite, where entertainments are staged in summer. But the best feature of the place is the proximity of a number of beaches.
