VILLA FLORA

General

This 11th-century Castle, set in the heart of Chianti just 16 Km from Florence, offers a pleasant atmosphere and is the perfect location to spend a holiday within both nature and Tuscan culture, exploring the fascinating surroundings. The Villa is  furnished with antique pieces perfectly in harmony with the style of the Castle. The outside areas include an italianate garden and a swimming-pool which has the unique feature of being build partly inside the old lemon-house and partly outside. The property is very well equipped with washing-machine, dishwasher, Sat-TV, Wi -Fi in the common areas.  There are also a fitness room and on top-floor games room with billiards table. Next to the castle is a small village which is partly inhabited, and the large wine-cellars where they produce the wines from the farm and extra-virgin olive oil. They can organize special tastings in a large and attractive room.

GROUND FLOOR: living-room with sofas, fireplace, stereo, broadband internet connection; dining-room with table for 14 people; kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, ice maker, large fridge/freezer, American coffee machine, kettle, toaster; guests bathroom; a large games room has been created in the old oil press with TV, DVD, ping-pong table, espresso coffee machine, sofas, games table and space for up to 2 extra beds, (access to the garden from all of the rooms), bathroom and separate shower for the use of the swimming-pool.

FIRST FLOOR: 1 large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub with shower extension and separate WC; 2 twin bedrooms; 1 bathroom with hydromassage shower.

SECOND FLOOR: reading-room with stereo and broadband internet connection; 1 large double bedroom with ensuite shower; 2 twin bedrooms; 1 large bathroom with shower.
