Beautiful Tuscan resort situated on the top of a hill, just some minutes drive to Florence, in a wonderful position overlooking the valleys of Chianti till the town of Fiesole.
The impressive structure, recently renovated, remains faithful to the original design which dates back to the 1200’s. An elegant infinity swimming pool inside the fenced and private garden, grants moments of relax dipped between the hills of the Tuscan countryside. Each environment has been redesigned with every comfort in mind to ensure its guests a pleasurable stay.
Entrance is in a beautiful living room equipped with sofas and a big fireplace, another room is available for breakfast and meals. The seven bedrooms located in the central block are on 2 different floors while the other five are located in the outbuildings on the ground floor. The rooms are elegantly furnished, with the utmost care and attention to research the details of the tradition and atmosphere of the typical farmhouses of this region.
In this oasis of silence and nature guests can carve quiet moments reading a book or sipping a good glass of Chianti wine, relax in the sofas, behind the garden, protected by elegant gazebos.
Full staffed equipped, the Villa is rented on a base of Bed and Breakfast and cook is at disposal of guests for lunch and dinner, no kitchen room available for self catering use.
Strategically located, this structure is just some minutes to restaurants and local trattorias, being situated on the famous “strada del Vino” (road of wine) which winds its way through the wine country of Chianti from Florence to Siena.
It is a perfect location to sightsee all of the important cities of the Renaissance such as Florence (13km) and Siena (km 50), as well as lesser known and numerous “borghi” (walled cities) such as San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Volterra, or for those interested in wines.
Many activities can be arranged as cooking courses for the preparation of typical Italian dishes, to taste once cooked in the unique atmosphere of a typical Tuscan country house, wine tasting and visit to wineries close by, terracottas courses, etc...
Moreover it is surely an ideal place to organize an unforgettable wedding or other events. The structure has a staff and a perfect organization for this type of requests

Area Information
The Villa is located on one of the Chianti hills nearby the city of Florence, in the town of Impruneta, the Tuscan town famous for the production of fine terracottas, and offers an ideal starting point for natural and cultural routes.
Florence with its magnificent museums like the Uffizi Gallery is only 12 km far, reachable by car or by a bus service that leaves from the main square of Impruneta.
Few km from the Villa is access to the highway that leads to the city of Siena. In 50 minutes by car you can easily reach the city of the Palio with is magnificent Piazza del Campo.
In few minutes drive you connect to highway 222, the Chiantigiana, connecting Florence to Siena through the valleys of Chianti. Guests can visit the farms, castles and medieval villages of the Chianti Classico as Greve, Montefioralle, Volpaia, Badia a Passignano, Castellina in Chianti and lovers of good wine will not miss opportunities for wine tours and wine tastings!
Only 6 km from the Villa is located in the highway that leads North to the art cities of Lucca and Pisa and the seaside resort on the coast of Versilia.
Only 1 hour drive divides from the beaches of Versilia and the sea of Tuscan coast.
For shopping the Mall of Leccio Outlet Prada is less than one hour drive.
The villa in a quiet relaxing environment, but close to Firenze. Pool in a very nice and clean garden. All was great and in perfect condition, room was nicely decorated, good quality materials, Coffee and tea available all day. Good breakfast. Staff was very helpful. We could park our car safely.
The whole site is simply georgus - so well maintained and beautiful panoramic views plus little hideaways everywhere in the garden. Wonderful Florence is just "around the corner"
