Located between the charming town of Lucca and Florence, this recently renovated six bedroom Villa affords views of the scenic landscape from almost every angle. The property is fenced and gated, and the access is through a white road among the hills, that reaches a fountains promenade and a parking area. Developed on three levels, this modern home has a heated pool and landscaped terrace. The entrance level hosts a living area and a bedroom area, with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, each one with covered terraces and patios. On the First level, the bedroom area is composed of three ensuite bedrooms, including the master bedroom with private covered panoramic terrace and hydromassage private tub . On the ground level there are a 45 squared meters living kitchen, a living and game area, three bathrooms and a huge panoramic veranda, with tables and chairs, surrounded by lemon trees, directly accessible from the Alfresco patio, overlooking the hills and the valley of olive trees. The Villa is a perfect place to enjoy Tuscany, close to many small towns and walking distance to restaurants and shops, but also mid road to Florence and Lucca, while airports are at half an hour distance.

The Villa is located in a central position, between Florence and Lucca, and close to a number of thermal centers, such as Monsummano and Montecatini. About 1 km away is a small village where there are bars, restaurants, a post office, a pharmacy and a small supermarket.
Montecatini Terme is a renowned spa resort, well-known for its historic Liberty-style villas and for its monumental thermal baths belonging to the Tettuccio complex.
In Montecatini Terme you will find all you need: shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, post offices etc.
Moreover Montecatini is situated halfway between Florence and the Versilia coast so you can easily reach the well-known seaside resorts (such as Viareggio or Forte dei Marmi) thanks to the nearby A11 motorway.
Besides Florence and Lucca, from the property you can easily reach some other Tuscan cities such as Pistoia, Pisa, Siena, but also other beautiful attractions like Vinci (the village of Leonardo), Collodi (the birthplace of Pinocchio), San Gimignano, Volterra and the mountains of Abetone.
