General
The villa, with its wonderful 60,000 sq. meters of park, is situated on the banks of Lake Annone with direct access to the lake, 14 Km from Lecco and from Lake Como.
The park with its ancient trees, beautiful rose garden and furnished areas for relaxing, includes a large 23 x 8 m swimming pool with changing rooms, showers and 4 x 4 m whirlpool bath surrounded by sun umbrellas of various sizes, sunbeds and chairs. It is also possible to use boats and canoes from the small wharf located inside the property.
The stables consist of a multipurpose area with a large fireplace, TV, kitchen and wood-burning oven. On the veranda there are small outdoor lounges where it is possible to organize events for around 60 people.
The villa contains period furnishings with prestigious finishes, each bedroom is furnished in a personalized style, while the recently renovated annex is furnished with modern design pieces.
All the bedrooms, except for the single room on the second floor, have air conditioning; the villa also has WI-FI, satellite TV and a DVD player.
A daily cleaning service and the preparation of breakfast as well as lunches or suppers can be arranged, to be paid for on site.
The village of Annone is 300 m from the villa and has general food stores and restaurants. The 18-hole Golf Club Lecco is 2 Km away, the center of Milan is 40 Km.

Area Information
The Villa is situated on the shores of Lake Annone, which lies at the foot of Mount Cornizzolo and Mount Barro.
Around the lake there are walking trails, with some flat parts as well as light slopes. Motorised boats are not allowed on the lake, however, canoes, kayaks and other boats are allowed.
Guests looking for adventure can explore the area by sea plane or enjoy paraglidng over the rolling green hills.
Golf lovers can enjoy the 18-hole course at the nearby Golf Club Lecco. Horse riding is another popular activity, with the nearest riding school just 10 minutes’ drive away.
The city of Como is just under an hour’s drive from the villa.
