The Villa sleeps 10 people in its 5 ensuite Bedrooms, The ground floor features a large living area with an open plan kitchen, a dining area, a fireplace lounge and a Tv room. There are two patios, one dining patio connected to the kitchen with a table for 12 and a gas fired BBQ and one lounge patio with a sofa area for 10. Further, at the ground floor there are two ensuite Bedrooms one twin and one double, while the other 3 ensuite Bedrooms are located on the first floor.

Sitting atop a hill that dominates the spectacular surroundings, the villa is a paradise for those wishing to relax with family and friends, enjoy superb wines, fresh local cuisine and explore the many treasures of Tuscany. The panoramic swimming pool and manicured gardens are the perfect oasis of relaxation and the spacious interiors with open plan living and dining room and state-of-the-art kitchen invite you to try your culinary skills or indulge in a sumptuous meal prepared by a Tuscan chef.

The Villa features an automated lighting system, air conditioning in all rooms, fast wifi indoors and outdoors, a satellite television system and numerous portable bluetooth speakers together with a PS5 console with games. The main building is equipped with an alarm system, safes in the master bedrooms, gas and smoke detectors. The kitchen features a variety of appliances and utensils to meet all guests’ requirements, while the laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Families with small children have two cribs and highchairs at their disposal with the additional benefit of a fully fenced pool area.  Guests may enjoy a variety of outdoor culinary experiences thanks to a poolside kitchen trolley equipped with an induction hobs sink and refrigerator and a gas fired barbecue in the covered terrace by the kitchen. Families and friends will also enjoy a 18 meter long  bowling alley and relax in a jacuzzi bathtub for 6 located in a panoramic loggia . For those driving an EV there is an EV charging unit located next to the garage.
