A typical just restored portion of an ancient Tuscan Villa with 2 Bedrooms. It can sleeps 3 adults. Situated in the countryside around Siena at only 15 minutes distance by car, this is a perfect place to relax and also to visit the medieval city. The apartment, just restored, is 70 sqm. Through a courtyard there is a private entrance to the living room area.
Ground floor: large living / dining room with kitchenette (fridge / freezer ,washing machine, gas burners). First floor: one double bedroom, one bedroom with French bed, one bathroom with shower. Equipment on the property: Wi-Fi , outside laundry area (washing machine, iron , ironing ) , parking in fenced area.
The floral decorations , the paintings , the types of windows and the curtains were chosen with great care as also the pillows and the mattresses. An ideal place to spend pleasant hours relaxing in front of a stunning landscape that shows the hills and Siena in the distance. The garden provides private corners where you can sit and read a good book or just relax. Near this house there is a beautiful hamlet with a well-stocked grocery store, and a restaurant where you can safely eat well at great prices. Siena centre is at approx 15 minutes by car

The scenery around the estate is wonderful, and the beauty of the well-known "Crete Senesi" changes colour according to the season.
