The Retreat Camp

Situated Northern & Eastern regions of the United Arab Emirates, this  camp is built using natural, locally available resources without having any negative impact over the environment or interference with the nature surrounding it. The perimeter wall of the camp is a man-made marvel; the natural stones were individually placed over a period of more than a year. The carpentry works were produced by skilled craftsmen within the camp itself, all designs are exclusive to the camp. Every small detail was considered. The bed sheets are made with an anti- bacterial, high-tech fabric imported from Germany. The fabrics are compatible with the local weather conditions, tested and approved to the highest international standards. The landscaping is significant, using indigenous plants to beautify and add a green touch to the camp.

At the Camp you can find a number of luxurious en-suite tents that can accommodate up to 39 people at one time. The Retreat also has a small number of larger family units enabling the camp to cater to bigger groups. The extensive seating areas can accommodate much larger groups enjoying daytime activities. The tents are designed & provided with full heritage related amenities starting with traditional local style wooden furniture that mirrors the United Arab Emirates identity, each tent also enjoys quality toilets, showers, beds, wardrobes, side tables and small seating sets.

The Retreat offers high quality Arabic grills and cold mezza’s for lunch and/or dinner. Some of the fruits and vegetables served will come from our own organic garden. Guests are welcome to help themselves to the abundant fruits growing around our camp.
