Entering the gate of the villa a path leads you to the pool area and solarium then at the main entrance of the house. On the ground floor a big living area with sea view welcomes you in this wonderful paradise, other rooms on the same floor are dining area, a full equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
An imperial staircase leads to the first floor where there are two double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the master bedroom with bathroom with jacuzzi tub in communicating with a library room twin beds
Outdoor the swimming pool is facing the Faraglioni, behind the house a big pine area and many view points .
The Villa is located 5 minutes walking from the main shopping street, Via Camerelle.
From this area, the view on the Faraglioni rocks and on the South Bay of the Island is breathtaking.
