A recently restored House set in the beautiful countryside of Apulia just 10 minutes drive to Alberobello and 15 minutes to the beaches.
Set in a quite and private position, this three Bedrooms Villa is the ideal place for a family.
It is composed by a double room with en suite bathroom, a single bedroom with single bed, another bathroom with shower, spacious master bedroom with canopy bed and barrel vault .
There is a cozy kitchenette overlooking a valley of cherry trees and balcony with a table to relax or to enjoy a coffee, as the view is really beautiful. The living room, with wooden table, hosts a double sofa bed.
Outside at the shadow of a pergola there is a relaxing area with sofas and outdoor kitchen with barbecue to enjoy al-fresco dinners. A stair leads to the swimming pool area which is located on an upper level compared to the house, because of the terraced ground. From the pool and the solarium area it is possible to glimpse breathtaking sunset.

The Villa is situated some minutes drive to Alberobello, The small town has been made a UNESCO World Heritage site for its unusual districts of trulli, the characteristic white-washed conical-roofed houses of the area. It makes an interesting day-trip destination or a pleasant base for a few days. You are in the wonderful Penisola Salentina, better known simply as Salento, an area hot, dry and remote, retaining a flavour of its Greek past. It stretches across Italy's heel from Brindisi to Taranto and down to Santa Maria di Leuca. Here the lush greenery of Valle d'Itria gives way to flat, ochre-coloured fields hazy with wildflowers in spring, and endless olive groves. Full of small restaurants with superbe food and ancient white towns to visit at night, this area is the perfect place to relax, while if you are looking for sandy, white beaches, you will find them just a some minutes distance.....
