BLUE SEA VILLA POSITANO

General

Luxury villa, once a gallery art, located in the very hearty of Positano, 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. It has 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, private swimming pool with Jacuzzi, private covered parking, air conditioning,WI-FI, Sat Tv and large terraces with stunning views of the sea andPositano. This is one of the few villas in the Amalfi Coast that you can access from the street without have to climb many stairs (from the garage there is the private elevator that leads to the different floors of the villa). Ideal retreat for large families or friends.

The Pool, open from April to the begining of November, has a rectangular shape with  interiors consisting of dowels with chromatic characteristics. The Jacuzzi area has six seats and both are set in panoramic position. Gym available in Villa.

The large terrace around the swimming pool of approx 200 metres is equipped with a big table and chairs for 12, benches, sun chairs and umbrellas. Y0u can enjoy wonderful dinners here with the Cook available on request. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets at less than 5 minutes walking distance.

Private garage (for 6 small size cars or 4 medium/large size cars). reachable  from the main street with lift to reach the Villa floors.

FIRST FLOOR

THE FIRST BEDROOM has a double bed, air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you will access to a private balcony equipped with table and chairs, with a stunning view of the sea and Positano. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE SECOND BEDROOM has a double bed, air conditioning and heating. From the bedroom, you will access to a private balcony equipped with table and chairs, with a stunning view of the sea and Positano. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE FIRST BATHROOM has the shower, the WC, the bidet and the sink. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.

THE SECOND BATHROOM has the hydro-massage shower, the WC, the bidet and the sink. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.

THE FIRST KITCHEN is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, the coffee machine, the kettle, the toaster and other small appliances and a table and chairs for four. You will reach the kitchen from the living room.

THE FIRST LIVING ROOM is large and bright. From the living room, you will access to a private terrace of about 35 square meters covered with transparent glass panels.

THE THIRD BEDROOM has a double bed, air conditioning and heating. You will reach the bedroom from the living room.

THE FOURTH BEDROOM has two twin beds, air conditioning and heating. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.

THE THIRD BATHROOM has the hydro-massage shower, the WC, the bidet and the sink. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.

THE SECOND KITCHEN is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, the coffee machine, the kettle, the toaster and other small appliances and a table and chairs for four. From the kitchen, you will access a private terrace of about 20 square meters.

THE SECOND LIVING ROOM is large and bright. The furnishings include a sofa, table and chairs. From the living room, you will access a private terrace of about 70 square meters. You will reach the living room from the hallway.

THE GYM is large and bright. Is has different exercise equipment. You will reach the gym from the hallway.

THE FOURTH BATHROOM has the shower, the WC, the bidet and the sink. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway (near the gym).
